Boost · Occasional breakouts
CeraVe Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser (benzoyl peroxide 4%)
A cleanser swap: use it instead of the Basics cleanser, not in addition to it.
OTC acne product: follow the label directions. It's not a substitute for seeing a clinician. Benzoyl peroxide can bleach towels and fabric.
Add one new product at a time and give it a couple of weeks before judging it. More actives at once means more chances of irritation.
Sensitive
Fragrance-free, minimal-ingredient picks and a mineral sunscreen. We link only to major retailers. Vanicream has warned about counterfeits sold through unofficial shops.

Not medical advice
Content is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
A good basic routine can help your skin feel more comfortable and look more even or less dull over time, but results vary and it takes consistency. Most people notice changes in feel within a couple of weeks; changes in appearance take longer. Patch test new products. If you have a skin condition, persistent acne, or anything that worries you, see a dermatologist. A kit isn't a substitute for medical advice.
